nyfw: tibi fall 2015

hands down tibi was one of the shows i was looking forward to the most. we just recently got tibi at nordstrom so obviously i dove right into the new obsession. season after season they charm me with their full, calf length skirts but for the upcoming fall i will be looking to their cropped leg, low cut jump suits, lux culottes and matching shades. i’m a huge fan of the minimalist, modern aesthetic. the brand stays true to it’s contemporary roots and while the rest of the fashion world is jumping back in time to the 70s, this spring tibi will be the refuge and window to the present. there is definitely something inspiring about being able to take in the collection first hand with your own eyes, attend to the details and be able to form an opinion outside of the glossy pages of magazines. feeling really grateful for our time in new york and all the people that made it happen. now excuse me as i go ahead and start planning my spring tibi wish-list over at their online store. xoxo
