i saw a pair of earrings in a photo, in a blog post long ago. i couldn’t remember which blog it was and google searches brought no results. they were super plain earrings, so i thought probably not very hard to find. it turns out they were harder to find then i thought. so i thought they won’t be hard to make, find some chain, some charms and get some pliers to finish the job. after deliberate discussions with the ladies at the bead store i decided that they were not going to be much help, i had to do this on my own. i found all the materials, i had the tools and voila! actually it ended up being so much easier than having to do it from scratch. i found some droopy earrings on sale, took all the links and the rings off, attached my own charm and the job was done. apparently plain sterling silver crosses are really hard to come by these days.
