today was our drawing 101 second last class, we did god awful gesture drawing for god knows how long and then in the end of class we focused on hands. at the beginning of the course we did blind contour drawings of our hands, time we were to draw a true representation. i think that the blind contour ones will remain my favorite of all the drawings i have done to date. i used to suck at drawing hands, i still might, but drawing them on their own and attached to a body is much different in my opinion… we’ll see next week
