jason matlo’s show was the opening show for the last day of alberta fashion week. after seven days of everyone’s hard work this was an excellent way to close. jason’s clothes were amazing, his knits were so comfortable and amazing to wear, i am fairly certain that those things could make anyone look good. his fabulous gowns were adorned with sequins (my favorite) and snake skin patterns. the strapless snake skin dress i wore was my favorite piece, it was heavy so it created movement and looked killer on the runway. i hope to see more designers like this come through calgary in the future.
