This beautiful property is walking distance to anywhere in the old town and just around the corner from the ferry terminal. The name makes it a little tricky to find on google so make sure you are looking for Hotel Korčula De La Ville.

As with some of the other Croatian hotels make sure you take advantage of the complimentary breakfast buffet. Take a break during your day to have a coffee (or tea) in one of the beautiful white whicker chairs on the front patio of the hotel and spend an evening in your hotel window looking at docking boats and ferries.

While you are in Korčula take a walk through history at the house of Marco Polo, a museum dedicated to the famed explorer. A short walk from the hotel and you can catch a performance of Moreška, a sword dance, specific to the town of Korčula itself. Dating back hundreds of years, the Moreška is an elaborate production involving two groups of dancers engaging in a mock battle over the fate of a veiled young woman. The two sides of battling dancers were originally Moors (Muslims) and Christians. It’s the perfect injection of Croatian culture you need on your trip.
