The Ultimate Date with the Hyundai Ioniq

It’s always such a treat to be able to visit Toronto and have some time to actually explore and take in the sights. Tyler hasn’t spent much time here before we met and I’ve always only really been in and out for work. It’s not until we got our place here (finally!) that we realized how much there is to be seen. We love the vibe of the city and always have something new to write about, but it’s also the surrounding areas that have our attention. There are so many beautiful spots only a short driving distance away that when we got our hands on the newest Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid we decided to make our dream dates a reality and explore what we’ve been missing all this time.

First on the itinerary was Downey’s Farm. I have never been to a pumpkin patch before and it always seemed like the ultimate fall activity. Wholesome but photogenic and so much fun all at the same time. Corn maze, petting zoo and delicious home cooked meals, even pies if you’re lucky enough to snatch some! What’s not to like? I spotted Downey’s on Instagram and fell in LOVE with the amount of orange radiating from that place. It was our ultimate fall dating experience and the drive there barely even made a dent in our gas tank, talk about efficient!

As we were getting to know our new ride and all the bells and whistles it dawned on us how many similarities there are between dating and buying a car. Looking for something that is reliable, long term but exciting and beautiful all at the same time is nothing short of trying to find the perfect package. You shouldn’t have to compromise to get there but keeping an open mind that sometimes you will find it in unlikely places is something to consider.
