back to reality. on the road again, skin breaking out and treading through snow covered roads. our california adventure was so inspiring i can’t wait to start sharing all of the photos with you. as you see it was really hard or me to put down the cowboy hat. something about the combination of moschino and being in the [wild] west has me screaming for a little dress-up. of course there couldn’t be a more perfect setting for all this than the madonna inn. sitting in the beautiful valley of san luis obispo along the california coast. so in case you like to be surrounded by vineyards, be a short drive away from the beautiful hearst castle and the pacific ocean then this place is calling your name. i wanted to share some of these images we took on new years day in the ‘hearts & flowers’ room. it was actually the first room we stayed in. the fact that the hotel was fully booked came as no surprise. my only requirement was that the room be pink (red came close enough). as it turns out all the reds made it challenging to shoot with but the crushed velvet walls more than made up for it. what room are you putting on your bucket list? xoxo
