i did not foresee this coming, but it turns out helping run a full-on regional campaign production out of another country is quite the task. i have been learning a ton in the last week, not to mention meeting one of my biggest sources of inspiration (*hint* jak & jil). logistically, the nordstrom calgary campaign has been a very interesting undertaking, in all the best ways. working with my peers and friends from calgary and from all walks of life has been insanely rewarding. more on all of that good stuff a little later, there is still a whole two weeks in korea and japan to talk about. it has been the best start to the summer anyone could ask for. obviously you already know the trip has been nothing short of a success (on so many levels). all our street style submitted, i now have time to go through all of the outfits we shot while exploring the cities… and slowly absorbing the culture, as you’ll clearly see in some of the upcoming posts. for now here is my tourist uniform, those sandals have been the best purchase of the season (shockingly, and to the dismay of my birkenstocks, the ultimate in comfort) and the skirt, well, nothing beats a good full, floral skirt … virtually for any occasion. xoxo
