If you are as big on binge watching tv shows as I am this place is probably pretty recognizable. I hope it is anyway, otherwise the excitement of seeing it off the tvs screen isn’t reaching full potential here. Based on the title of this post you probably already guessed it is the set of Westworld! Slightly modified, or rather before all the bells and whistles you see in the show, minus some sexy cowboys riding horseback through town. When I first found out that Westworld is a set accessible to the public and close enough to get to without much effort I freaked! I LOVE scouting locations for shoots! It’s one of my favourite parts of the job and dream to someday be able to do it for bigger productions. For now it was Tyler and I driving into the hills of Malibu in the search of an old paramount movie set that was given over to the state of California to become a public park (!) but that is still used occasionally for filming. Thankfully it was completely deserted, as in we were the only people there (!) so I had total freedom to live my best wild west self. As you already know I shop my Stampede looks all year round. A few of these pieces are classics from my closet, like the hat and bag but I had picked up the top and skirt at Topshop in NYC. I try to never leave anything I love behind if I can help it. Even though we have a Topshop right here at home I don’t want to risk not being able to find it at a later date. A good trick is to check it’s availability online and just ship it to yourself so it arrives together with you instead of having it take up valuable packing space. As for our exposure to all these amazing western sets I am hooked! Only in America! I already mapped out our next destinations and can’t wait to see as many of them as I can find. It really makes for a different travel experience and not one that you see a lot of people seek out, which means it will be all ours for the time being! AND it means we can shoot our Stampede looks all year round. The only thing better would be Stampede actually happening permanently all year round ha! xoxo

Nice, modest floral top! I think it will make me pretty as well. Let me check out our city centre bahrain stores (http://www.citycentrebahrain.com/shopping/fashion-unisex/saks-fifth-avenue) for something like this for my birthday party this week. Your beauty is enhanced with the chrome braground. Also excellent pick of location, reminds me of Clint Eastwood movies.
