i guess if jet lag is good for anything it’s working. when the shops are closed there is nothing to do BUT work, so we’ve been playing catch up on hyper speed. the thing that gets left behind is of course taxes. drowning in paper work is the last thing i want to be doing after getting back from an amazing trip. tyler is working away on some film posts on his newly published tylerstalman.com and i am continuing with our nordstrom project. the idea of the brand coming into calgary is more real everyday and we are having an amazing time documenting some of calgary’s most stylish people, and a pleasant reminder what the community is all about. another fun project I have been working on for the last couple of weeks has been the #devotedtodenim campaign with fidelity denim, the easy spring styles showed up on my doorstep and my job was to create a look to match. jeans will forever be a closet staple and my go to for all occasions so this was a no brainer. my favourite pair was this  axl cut (word to the wise, go a size lower, the fit is bigger then you’d expect). this spring you will find me living in a good pair of boyfriend jeans paired with a good chunky sandal. birkenstocks are definitely a must have, but for this i played with the alternative from aldo, just to mix it up. you can check out the other bloggers’ take on fidelity on their pinterest board. stay tuned for another favourite of mine from the spring collection, the dylan boyfriend button-up. easily my favourite denim shirt of all time. xoxo
